Description:

The carcass of a beech marten (Martes foina- also known as the stone marten or white breasted marten), and it was probably a victim of a red fox. That marten species is native to much of Europe and Central Asia. It was spotted in Episcopi hill archaeological reserve, near Volos city, Greece.
