Is this a Juvenile Sharp Shinned or Copper's Hawk?
Rounded tail feathers, obvious neck, uneven tail feather length, and no pencil-thin legs. All of those characters point to cooper's hawk.
it looks too "sparrowlike" to be a cooper's.
