Spotting

Description:

A leafy green plant, leaves glossy, slightly serrated. Flowers white, open up around a central stamen (?) and splits open, petals then appear to fall backwards with stamen still pointing up but petals pointing down.

Habitat:

We have maybe 5 or 6 plants growing wild beneath a fig tree, close to some riverine forest at an altitude of around 1300m. It is in leaf all year around and only flowers once a year for a very short period (maybe a week)
