Striated Pardalote

Pardalotus striatus melanocephalus

Description:

This stunning little bird has two orange patches on the forehead. The crown of the head is black. It has a white eyebrow and a black eye-stripe. The breast is predominantly white with a yellow throat that shapes into an upside down "Y" along the flanks.

Habitat:

Sitting in this tree close to the Wooroolin Wetlands.
