Description:

May beetles or june bugs can range from a colour of blackish or reddish brown. These beetles are attracted to light and also active around urban environments. They feed upon the foliage of trees and shrubs.

Habitat:

They are primarily found in temperate grasslands, but can also be seen in urban environments

Notes:

This beetle entered my house during the nighttime and was attracted to the house lights
