Tarhana herb or Turkish pickling herb, Echinophora sibthorpiana or Echinophora tenuifolia L. subsp. sibthorpiana ,Tutin, is a herb sometimes used as a flavoring in tarhana and in pickles (wiki) It was spotted near Koukourava settlement, Makrynitsa, Pelion mountain, Greece.
