Silky Sheath

Volvariella bombycina

Silky Sheath (AKA: Silky Rosegill, Silver-Silk Straw Mushroom, or Tree Mushroom) mushrooms growing inside a hollowed out dead tree in O'ahu, Hawaii. I actually stopped at this spot to eat lunch while hiking, and just happened notice the mushrooms inside by complete happenstance.
