A view of the leaf would be the clincher, but that seed pod looks suspiciously like Jimson Weed. It is a nasty plant, an invasive, and a poisonous one at that! Toxic to both animals and humans. Don't mess with it without gloves, and certainly don't feed any part of it to pets or livestock!
