Flower crab spider

Tobias sp.

This is the first time I found one of these. Besides having a more rugous skin than other flower spiders that are common around here, this beauty has two distinctive "horns" in the forehead. I think it is a very young juvenile, as it was no more than 2 mmm long.

Nice shot at 2mm.

Awesome spider! The pedipalps look very pronounced for it to be a juvenile, if it is then it would be very close to being an adult. It may just be a small species as adults?
