Pacific Chorus Frog (juvenile)

Pseudacris regilla

Description:

I found this tiny frog in tall wet grass about 100 yards away from the beach. It was during a wedding and he would have been stepped on had I not picked him up! Bright green, shiny, had some sand and dirt stuck to him.

Notes:

Adults are 1.9 - 5.1 cm long. This specimen was less than 2cm.
