Parmotrema perforatum
Parmotrema perforatum is a species of Fungi in the family Parmeliaceae. Characteristics: foliose, loosely adnate, lobed, upper surface gray, apothecia present and common, lower surface black to brown with rhizines - the black hairs that are visible.

Ha ha! Thanks Mauna, I'll keep that in mind. I do wish others would take the lichens more serious and start posting them more.
