Gray Fox

Urocyon cinereoargenteus

Description:

This creature was in my backyard earlier this year and had taken up residence in the corner of a fence. They are gray with some brown fur and have a real bushy tail. They are about three feet in length and are small by height standards. They are mainly nocturnal and are the only fox that can climb trees. This guy was victim to possible displacement after his forest was cleared due to a new Church installment.

Habitat:

Woodland areas and in residential areas near heavily forested areas.
