Description:

Also known as Doodle bugs; these creatures have a large thorax and huge pincers. The Ant lion even moves backwards to excavate it's trap. The trap is a trap for ants which the Ant Lion is named for because they eat ants. The pits can range from small to very big.

Habitat:

real sandy areas.
