Description:

Got a glimpse of it before it went under the rocks. It looked to be about 3 to 3.5 ft long. Dark brown and tan patterns becoming black and white bands near the tail.

Habitat:

Spotted under large rocks in eastern Washington. Wilderness area with shrub-steppe.
