Impatiens capensis
Shiretoko 5 lakes tour, delicate yellow colored orchid like flower with sac and longish lips, no leaves. Top slightly whitish with small red spots, on thin vine.
Mixed forest is floored with dwarf bamboo and contains many woody vines.

This looks like an Impatiens sp.
In the U.S., two species - I. capensis (Jewelweed) and I. pallida (Pale Touch-me-not) are similar in shape.
