The white tip on the tail and dark lower legs says Red Fox. But most definitely suffering from mange.
It certainly looks like a dog, I was thinking it was a Tasmanian tiger, but I truly doubt it is that
mangy Red Fox
Boy that is odd looking. It looks like it has little hair on it. Ours are quite red and fluffy.
