Gomphocarpus physocarpus
Shrub. The small flowers are white and inverted. Seed pods are spiny and balloon-like. Translucent lime green when young; papery and shriveled when about to burst.

I have seen this plant in different parts of India too but never with the seeds. Seed dispersal will be air-mediated because of the silken filaments which will help in making the seeds be air-borne. Syn: Asclepias physocarpa
