Empidonax hammondii
Small songbird. olive green, grayish shoulders with a cream wing band. eye ring. long slightly forked tail. possibly a small crest.
In a conifer
I would say that this is a Hammond's flycatcher... but I don't know for sure. The dark under part of the bill (In Picture #4), The range map, and the breast color all seem to match this bird well.
Ouch. I thought that may be the case.
Empidonax Flycatcher. Empidionax sp. Difficult group to ID - might not be possible due to quality of photos.
