White Browed Coucal

Centropus superciliosus

Description:

Large bird, always conspicuous because of habit of walking through trees and hopping here and there more than flying. about 30cm high, rust brown wings/back, long black tail, black head, cream chest with grey fleck sort of ruff around the neck, red eyes and white line along the brow.

Habitat:

Seen in open woodland
