This bunch was growing right outside on the street foliage near Mahabaleshwar. From a distance it looked striking, the white color contrasting with the shade. The buds appear like ladyfinger or green chilly in shape. Then they open up and reveal the folded layers of yellow petals.The full bloomed plant is pure white.
