Male Sargus bipunctatus ?

Description:

I think this might be a male Sargus, bipunctatus because of the large size and yellow legs. Just over 1cm long. The coppery colour is due to photographing in low light.

Habitat:

Vegetable garden - sunning himself on a Hazel Nut leaf.

Certainly looks right except for the white flash on the thorax is slightly weak.
