Unknown Tree with leaf-nests

Description:

Tall tree with bright orange flowers and bunches of long seed pods. The margins of leaves are folded by (ants/caterpillars?? ) to form shelters.

Habitat:

Village Kewzing. The tree is rooted deep in the valley and its top is at the level the road.

Notes:

It is strange that I did not see any Weaver ants (or any ants)...so maybe caterpillars were at work?
