Description:

Large tree to 20m tall, grows in a variety of vegetation types from monsoon rainforest to open woodland. The bark of the tree was traditionally used to make canoes. The milky sap of the plant has been reported to cause blindness if it comes into contact with the eyes. Member of the Apocynaceae.
