Definitely a Footman Moth, Erebidae, Arctiinae, Lithosiini. Then the troubles start...
Is it Eilema sp., quite a controverse genus:
Not Pusiola, note the color of the legs:

Probably not this one if you look at the strong spot:
Looks like being a tricky one.

This looks very much like a northern hemisphere moth Scarce Footman (Manulea complana) Arctiidae might be a start.
