Description:

Tiny black weevil, 3 mm in length, with lumpy pitted elytra and small spines. The tip of the abdomen is elongated. It will play dead for long periods. Family Curculionidae.

Habitat:

On a wall at night. Semi-rural residential area, San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico 2,200 meters.
