Bethelium diversicorne
A slim small longicorn beetle about 8 mm in length (body). The elytra showed an attractive faint pattern of pale patches which made them look like a tribal shield. Antennae were slightly longer than the body.
Attracted to lights on a warm day.
These beetles are said to develop in dead or dying Acacia and a species of eucalyptus.
Family: Cerambycidae
Subfamily: Cermabycinae
