Bullfinch (juvenile)

Pyrrhula pyrrhula

Description:

Typical seed-eater beak. Pale buff uniformly coloured front. Wings have chaffinch-like black and white marks. one small blunt white upward mark interrupts the black stripey marks on the wings (and totally ruins my ID efforts)

Habitat:

Urban backyard. Very quiet neighbourhood.
