Jumping spiders have eight eyes. The body is covered with hairs and scales.They are light gray and the legs are pale with a black band along the legs.
The spiders are found throughout the eastern and mid-west of the United States and south-west of Canada
It's impossible for this to be Maevia inclemens. This is Platycryptus undatus, I assure you. Check the reference for more info and change your identification, if you don't mind.
