So, for 5 kg of Honey fungi you need:

500 ml vinegar
500 ml water
2 table spoons of salt
1 table spoon of pepper seeds
1 table spoon of mustard seeds
4 bay leaves
Garlic - this depends on one's taste

You boil the funghi for 15 minutes and you drain them. After this you boil the ingredients above and make the brine. Then you stuff some garlic cloves with the mushrooms in jars and pour the brine on them. Seal and wait a few days. After about a week they're good to eat.
Enjoy.

We call it "Mednjača" in Western Balkan, and that is simple translation of English name. I ate them before. I was not sure that this is the honey fungus. It had a bit of a strange smell.

You can give the recipe for brine.
