Hard to say. There are a few species that look like this that may fall in this area.
Possible one of these
Ridged Tree Frog (Hyla plicata)
Southern Highland Tree Frog (Hyla euphorbiacea)
Northern Pacific Treefrog (Pseudacris regilla)
