Rondeletia leucophylla
Rondeletia leucophylla, called Panama Rose, Bush Pentas, is originally from Mexico. It is a shrub (up to 5 ft in height) with bright-pink, star-shaped flowers in clusters. Blooms November through early summer with scattered blooms the rest of the year. The flowers attract butterflies with nectar when little else is in bloom. The flowers are sweetly fragrant, especially after sunset.
