Sternbergia colchiciflora

Unlike other sternbergias, Sternbergia colchiciflora is widespread from Spain to the Himalaya. It is a small autumnal flower. In Israel it is rather rare and usually missed because of its small size and short blooming time. Perianth segments linear.
