Description:

Bedstraw Hawkmoth Caterpillar Hyles gallii Large, plump, hair-less caterpillar with a red horn on its rear. Body is brownish-black with white dots rimmed in black. Head is dark pink.

Habitat:

This one was on the road and I placed him in a leave pile.
