Pleurotus ostreatus.

Description:

Could be either Panellus serotinas (late fall was when I found it) or Pleurotus ostreatus.

Habitat:

Deciduous riparian area in Northern Arizona.

The gills in Panellus serotinas are yellow (sometimes). There is a clear separation between the stem and the gills in Panellus serotinas that I don't see here.
Another thing you can do is to taste it. Panellus serotinas is bitter as Pleurotus ostreatus is pleasant in taste.
