I asked you the ring, because this bird doesn't look like any of the European bird species, and zoos nearly always use colour rings on their specimens. I think white-rumped shama suggested by Liam is correct. Is this captive?

Lots of wild birds are captured and get a band put around their leg with a number on it. Then when these birds are captured again, someone can enter the number into a database and find out where the bird was originally banded at and it's a really great process for science!
