Chlorophonia callophrys

Description:

Small bird , about 13 cm , found in Panama and Costa Rica, in high elevations, it feeds on fruits and small insects. In my observations it is an important seed dispersal of epiphytic and even parasitic plants like mistletoe.

Cloud forest
