Agelaius phoeniceus
A very streaked breast with a brown back and head. There are two stripes on the head, and the female still has the red shoulder patch like the male does.
They are found throughout North America in marshy and grassland areas. They prefer areas with cattails. This was actually the first one I had ever seen in this thorn scrub habitat.

Thanks! I actually didn't know what this was when I saw it, and was kind of upset to learn it was just a red-winged blackbird. I thought she was so pretty, was hoping it was a new bird for me!
