Description:

Very small Fireflies mating under a curved blade of grass. About 5 mm long each. Family Lampyridae. These are diurnal and lack the light producing organs on the underside of the abdomen. Family Lampyridae.

Habitat:

Barranca de Metlac National Park, Orizaba, Veracruz.
