Description:

Caps. Largest caps ca. 2.5 inches diameter. Broadly convex with raised, slightly brown center. Dry. Covered with small, white granules. Margin distinctly lined. Gills. Free from stem. Stems. Ca. 3 inches long; ca. 5/8 inch thick, slightly thicker at the base than at the apex; persistent delicate ring. No odor.

Habitat:

Growing on rotting log on an east-facing slope above a lake

Notes:

Looks like a white version of Leucocoprinus birnbaumii.
