Description:

Mid size Butterfly 🦋. (1½" inch/37mm/3.7km). Larger than a Skipper smaller than a Fritillary. FOREWING TOP: Orange with Brown border & Black spots... HINDWING TOP: Brown with White border & Black spots… FOREWING UNDER: Orange with White border & Black spots… HINDWING UNDER: White with Orange border & Black spots.

Habitat:

On "Pennsylvania Sage" grass.

Notes:

Fluttered through wild Pennsylvania Sage grass. In Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania!

As you may have realised there's no need to put an ID suggestion on your own spotting. Also the 'habitat' field is intended to be for 'this particular find' rather than 'general for species'.
