Large, long legs and short-maned shoulder hump (in males); overall coat grey-brown to rufous; 6-10 vertical stripes on the flanks, white in colour; distinct, narrow white chevron between eyes; Bulls have fringe of long hair on throat and lower neck; large and roundish ears; only bulls have long spiral horns Photo taken at Samburu National Park, Kenya
