This bird's bill is less like a shoveler's, it has a more pronounced eyering and eye stripe. It also has a faint white throat and the side pattern matches Blue-winged Teal more than Cinnamon Teal.

I ebird the location and someone posted all 3 Teals
Blue-winged for me too. See them in Florida, haven't seen green-winged yet!

I also vote for blue winged..it looks more grey than the cinnamon female :-)

Nah, green-winged don't have a prominent white eye ring like this bird does
change that it looks more like a Green-wing
I lean towards blue-winged teal on this one due to the face being more gray than brown and a bit more prominent markings on the face
