OK, the ID is conformed by Rob Westerduijn. We also find the new name of it: Oligocorynus caciqus and Zonarius cacicus as the synonym. So I changed my suggestion in the actual one. Please, change it as well...

Erotylidae, Erotylinae, Erotylini, Zonarius cacicus. Should still be a/the valid name, although I did not find any other picture as reference. Have it from a book, you have to believe me...
