Columbine

Aquilegia

Description:

Beautiful white cone flower that is unique where the pedals seem to show front and backwards. Almost typical in the front but the rear is a long tapered cone terminating in a delicate white ball.

Habitat:

Grown while in England, so high latitudes and long summers promote a lot of growth and the rich soil was a huge bonus.

Notes:

I had a small garden but the richness of bloom was very fun time for me!
