Aegithalos caudatus caudatus
These birds have the size of sparrows, white head, with black eyes and beak (from shape - I suspect their diet consists of insects, maybe occasionally seeds), dark grey wings, light grey or light brown on belly, the backs brownish-purpleish colors, sings very loud, they seem to stay in little groups
found near the shrubbery near a little creek/river
- it is the white headed subspecies.
These look mostly like the A. c. caudatus subspecies, which have a pure white head. Welcome back!
