Small moth of about 5 mm with a crested thorax. A minuscule, orange, little fly-like thing is on the upper left side of the thorax in the second picture.

Habitat:

Came to an ultraviolet light in the garden, semi-urban area on the outskirts of the city, 2,200 meters.
