Damselfly with black and bluish purple thorax and head, dark tail with a green dusting. The legs appear to be green and the wings are clear.
Found about 20 feet from shore on a lake clinging to an aquatic plant next to a metal dock.
Spotted on a military base in south Georgia near Florida.
