Hemerocallis fulva

Description:

A lovely flower introduced from Asia, the Daylily, Hemerocallis fulva has a strong stalk with leaves which seem to branch off of the main plant. These stalks and leaves are best seen in the early stages of the plants, usually in March and early April.

Habitat:

Found in a lightly moving stream.

Maybe you can add a picture of the flower then. Would be great to see that.
Maybe there are tadpoles ,salamanders in the water too. The mysteries a pond holds!
