Cory's Shearwater

Calonectris diomedea

Some, but not all, of the birds in these pictures have yellow bills and they are the Cory's Shearwater. The others it was not possible to identify but it was a sizeable flock in the bay to the east of Sagres fortress. The four in the 1st picture are all Cory's as is the top one in the second picture.

Seen some way out to sea low over the bay.
