You have a Mallard and a Mallard x Black Duck hybrid, both hens.
The bird preening in the first shot and in the front in the second is the hybrid. Black Ducks don't show any white edging on the speculum (blue wing patch) and tend to have darker tails. However, dark plumage and clean olive bill suggest Black Duck in the lineage. Black Ducks and Mallards hybridize regularly.

Thank you! I have a hard time with ducks, so I call most of my sightings 'not a mallard'. It's nice to know at least one species by sight.
